Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations

Returns:

Returns can only be accepted for non-Sale items.  Please use the form on the Contact/Social tab above to request a return authorization.  The customer will pay to ship the returned product and will be responsible for any damages caused by the shipping company.  Upon receipt, Community Disc Golf will inspect the returned item and if it is in new condition with no detectable sign of wear the customer will be granted store credit for the amount of their purchase less any shipping fees paid for the original order.  If a product is not in new or resellable condition (some items require original packaging not be opened) Community Disc Golf will give the customer the option of either a lesser refund (if in the extremely rare case a product can still be sold as "used") or the returned product can be re-shipped to the customer at the customer's expense.  Community Disc Golf reserves the right to refuse any initial return authorization request for any reason.


Exchanges:

All exchanges are subject to the same process as Returns (see above) but includes the customer requesting a replacement for their returned product.  Examples of these are (but not limited to) desiring a different size or color of the product than originally ordered.  Before shipping the product back to Community Disc Golf the customer will be told the estimated shipping cost for Community to ship the new product to the customer.  When returning the original product to Community Disc Golf as outlined in Returns (above) the customer will include a personal check or money order for the estimated shipping amount.  Community Disc Golf will ship the requested product option once the original product is received, inspected, and the shipping payment is deposited.  Community Disc Golf reserves the right to refuse any initial exchange authorization request for any reason.


Cancellations:

A store credit, not a refund. is available for cancellations.  A cancellation may be requested previous to an order being packed (when order status changes to "Awaiting Shipment").  If the cancellation request is approved the customer will be granted a store credit for the full amount of their purchase.
